North Hollywood, CA
P.A.S. Inc helps NoHo businesses tell a clear story and get it in front of the right people, through branding, PR, social media and search. We are a Los Angeles team, and Peter Aghyarian leads every account.
01North Hollywood
North Hollywood has changed a lot over the years. The NoHo Arts District is known for small theaters, dance and music studios, galleries and cafes, while new apartment buildings near the Metro B Line station have brought in many new residents. A business here is often trying to reach two groups at once: people who have been coming for years, and people who just moved in and do not know where anything is yet.
That makes a clear brand and steady visibility more important than one big launch. We help you explain what makes you different, keep your listings and website up to date, and show up where new neighbors look, which is usually a phone search or a social feed.
Peter brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to every account. We meet by appointment, in person or on a video call, and we work in English and Armenian.

03Local search
The heart of NoHo sits around Lankershim and Magnolia Boulevards, where theaters, restaurants and shops share the same few blocks. Many arts groups here run as nonprofits and need to fill seats and reach supporters on tight budgets. Our nonprofit marketing work is built for that kind of situation.
New housing around the station also means more property managers and agents competing for the same renters and buyers. We help them with listings, websites and local search through our real estate marketing service.
If your customers come from across the area, we can cover Burbank, Studio City and Valley Village in the same plan.
