Personal Brand and Identity
A logo, colors, headshots and a short message that make you recognizable on a yard sign, a listing video and a business card. We work within your brokerage's brand rules. See branding.
Real Estate
Agents, brokerages and property managers win business on trust, and trust now starts with a search for your name. We help you show up well there, and in the neighborhoods you know best.
01Real Estate
Real estate has an unusual marketing problem. The big portals get the traffic for nearly every home on the market. Meanwhile, buyers and sellers do something that matters more: they look up the agent. Before a seller signs a listing agreement, they search your name, read your reviews and check whether you seem to know their street.
The decision is slow and personal. A seller might watch an agent's posts for a year before calling. A buyer moving from out of state might read about three neighborhoods in Pasadena and Glendale, then reach out to whoever explained them best. Owners looking for a property manager search by city and building type and compare how clearly each company explains its fees.
We help you own those moments. Based in Los Angeles, P.A.S. Inc builds a clear personal or company brand, a website that shows who you are and where you work, neighborhood content people actually want to read, and a steady way to stay in touch with your sphere. Peter Aghyarian leads every account and brings more than 25 years of marketing experience. We meet by appointment, in person or by video, in English or Armenian.
02Services
Everything is built around the long, trust-based way people choose who to work with.
01
A logo, colors, headshots and a short message that make you recognizable on a yard sign, a listing video and a business card. We work within your brokerage's brand rules. See branding.
02
An agent or company site with your story, past sales, reviews, neighborhood pages and an easy way to ask for a home valuation or a call. It belongs to you. See website design.
03
Guides to the areas you serve, written from real knowledge: streets, schools, commutes, the kind of homes and who tends to buy them. These pages help you appear for searches like “Eagle Rock real estate agent” and support your SEO.
04
Many agents skip their Google profile, yet it is often the first thing that appears when someone searches their name. We set it up properly and help you collect reviews from closed clients. See local SEO in Los Angeles.
05
Walkthroughs, neighborhood clips, open house reminders and short market explainers that sound like you. Posted on a steady schedule, not only when you have a listing. See social media management.
06
Past clients and friends are where many referrals come from. A monthly email with a useful local update keeps you in mind without feeling like a sales pitch. See email marketing.
03What works
Start with your name. Search it on Google today and look at what a seller would see: your profile, your reviews, your site, your social accounts. If the answer is a brokerage roster page and an old portal profile, that is the first thing to fix, before any ads or new content.
Then pick a small number of neighborhoods and go deep. One honest, detailed guide to an area you sell in often does more than twenty thin pages about every city in the county. Common mistakes are posting only “just listed” and “just sold” graphics and letting the website sit unchanged for years. For property managers, the usual gap is a site that speaks to tenants but not to owners, who are the ones actually hiring.
Measure what leads to conversations: valuation requests, calls and emails from your site, replies to your newsletter, and how many new clients say they found you or saw your posts. Judge the work over seasons, not weeks. Your broker handles review of ads and listings, and we build that step into the schedule.
