Instagram and TikTok Portfolio
Short videos of transformations, techniques and finished looks, posted on the salon's account and tagged to each artist. Clients see the work and the person behind it. See social media management.
Salons, Barbers, Spas and Beauty
Beauty clients choose with their eyes, then book in a few taps. We help your salon, barbershop or spa look its best online and make booking the easiest step.
01Salons and Beauty
A salon's real marketing problem is the gap between great work and an empty slot on Thursday afternoon. Clients love their stylist, but a new client cannot see that from a profile with six old photos, no prices and a booking link that asks them to log in to an app. And when a popular stylist leaves, their followers often go too, because the following lived on a personal account instead of the salon's.
Beauty clients search by the service, not the business. They type “balayage near me”, “skin fade Glendale” or “lash extensions”, then swipe through photos. They want to see the exact look, the price range and the next open time. Many find you on Instagram or TikTok first, save a post, and come back weeks later when they are ready to book.
P.A.S. Inc works with hair salons, barbershops, nail and lash studios, spas and estheticians across Los Angeles to close that gap. We build a portfolio that shows your work, make every booking path short, and set up simple reminders that bring clients back on time. Peter Aghyarian leads each account with more than 25 years of marketing experience, and we work in English and Armenian.

03What works
Make booking the first priority. Count how many taps it takes to book from your Instagram bio, your Google profile and your website. If it is more than three or four, fix that before anything else. Beautiful content does not help if the path to the calendar is confusing.
Next, build the portfolio around the services you want more of. If you want more color clients, show color, label it clearly and post it often. Common mistakes include posting only on stylists' personal accounts, hiding prices entirely, using heavy filters that do not match what clients get in the chair, and leaving reviews unanswered. Prices do not have to be exact. “Starting at” is enough to set expectations.
Track bookings from each channel, new clients per month, and how many clients rebook within their usual window. Rebooking is the quiet number that decides whether a salon grows.
