Google Business Profile and Service Areas
Correct categories, the cities you actually serve, hours, real job photos and a steady flow of reviews. For most trades this is where the calls start. See SEO services.
Contractors and Home Services
Homeowners hire contractors in two very different moods: in a hurry, or after weeks of research. We help remodelers, plumbers, HVAC companies and roofers win both kinds of job.
01Contractors
Home service companies often run on referrals until the referrals slow down. Then the phone goes quiet, and the options seem to be lead services that sell the same request to several companies, or ads that get expensive without a plan. The lasting fix is a steady presence where homeowners already look, so good jobs come to you directly.
How people search depends on the job. A burst pipe or a dead AC unit in August means an urgent search like “plumber near me” or “AC repair Burbank”, a quick look at the map, and a call to whoever answers first and looks trustworthy. A kitchen remodel, a new roof or an ADU is different. Homeowners compare several contractors over weeks, study project photos, read reviews closely and want to know you have worked in their neighborhood.
P.A.S. Inc builds marketing for both. We set up your Google profile and service area properly, write a page for each service you want more of, show your real projects, and help you answer fast. Peter Aghyarian leads every account with more than 25 years of marketing experience, and we meet by appointment, in person around Los Angeles or on a video call.

02
Separate pages for water heaters, drain cleaning, roof repair, kitchen remodels and so on, each explaining the job, the process and what affects the cost. See content creation.
03
A tap-to-call phone number on every screen, a short quote form, project galleries and clear service areas. Fast on a phone, because most urgent searches happen on one. See website design.
04
Before and after shots, crews on the job, short walkthroughs of a finished remodel. See social media.
05
For emergency trades, well-targeted search ads can bring calls while local rankings build. We set clear limits and track calls, not clicks. See paid advertisement.

If you work across Burbank, Glendale and the San Fernando Valley, we plan your pages and listings around the areas that bring you the best jobs.
03What works
Decide which jobs you want more of, then build around them. Most contractors say “all of them”, but marketing pays best when the website, profile and photos lean toward the jobs with the best margins or the steadiest demand. A plumber who wants more repiping work needs a strong repiping page, not one line in a long list.
Avoid the common traps. Copied service-area pages with the same text for dozens of cities rarely help and can hurt. Stock photos of perfect kitchens make homeowners suspicious. A website without a visible phone number loses urgent callers. The biggest one is slow follow-up: a missed call or a quote request answered two days later is usually a job that went to someone else.
Measure calls and quote requests by service and by city, how quickly you respond, and how many turn into booked jobs. Ask every new customer how they found you and write it down.
