Start with accuracy, not reach. Before any posting plan, check that your hours, phone number, menu and ordering links match on Google, Apple Maps, Yelp and your website. One wrong closing time that sends a family to a locked door costs more goodwill than a month of posts can earn back.
The most common mistakes are easy to fix: a menu uploaded as an image, no photos of the dining room, holiday hours never updated, and a profile link that goes to a delivery app instead of your own ordering page. Another is chasing followers instead of local guests who actually visit.
Measure what turns into covers and orders: calls from your profile, direction requests, reservation clicks, online orders through your own site, and how many people on your list come back in a given month. These numbers tell you what is working far better than likes do, and they are what we report on.
