Positioning and Messaging
A clear statement of who you serve, the problems you solve and why a buyer should pick you, used consistently across the site, proposals and LinkedIn. See branding.
B2B Services
Accountants, consultants, IT providers, agencies and other business service firms need marketing that builds confidence long before a proposal is signed.
01B2B Services
Business buyers rarely decide on impulse. A company looking for a new IT partner, bookkeeping firm or commercial cleaner might research for weeks, ask colleagues for names, and pass a shortlist to someone else who signs off. Several people often look at your website, each with a different question. If any of them leaves unconvinced, the deal stalls quietly.
Search still plays a big part. Buyers look for the service plus their industry or city, read your service pages, check the LinkedIn profiles of the people they would work with and look for signs that you understand their world. Referrals start many conversations, but most referred buyers still check you out online before they reply.
P.A.S. Inc helps business service firms in Los Angeles look as capable online as they are in the room. We clarify what you do and who it is for, build pages that answer the questions buyers and decision makers ask, and create content that keeps you in front of prospects through a long sales cycle. Peter Aghyarian brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to every account.

03What works
Get specific before you get louder. Many firms describe themselves in such broad terms that a buyer cannot tell whether they are a fit. Naming the industries, company sizes and problems you handle best usually brings fewer inquiries, but much better ones.
Make the website work for every person in the decision. The owner wants to know the outcome, finance wants to understand the pricing model, and operations wants to know how onboarding works. A frequent mistake is a homepage full of jargon with a contact form as the only next step. Offer a way to book a short call, and a resource people can forward internally.
Measure pipeline, not traffic. Track which pages lead to booked calls, which sources bring qualified leads and how long those leads take to close. Ask every new client how they first heard of you. In B2B, a small number of the right visits matters far more than a large number of the wrong ones.
