Retail
Independent stores and boutiques compete with big chains and online giants every day. We help you give shoppers a reason to visit in person.
01Retail
Running a shop means competing with two things at once: the chain store with a bigger budget, and the online marketplace with free returns. What an independent store has is a real place, real people and a selection someone chose with care. The trouble is that none of that matters unless shoppers already know you exist.
Shoppers rarely wander in by accident anymore. They search “gift shop near me”, “boutique open now” or a brand they want to try on, then check the photos, the hours and whether the trip is worth the parking. Many will scroll your Instagram before they decide. If what they find looks stale, or your hours online are wrong, the visit never happens.
P.A.S. Inc helps retail businesses in Los Angeles turn that online moment into a trip to the store. We keep your Google profile and listings accurate, show your products and your space in a way that feels like you, and build a list of customers you can invite back. We work in English and Armenian, and Peter Aghyarian leads every account personally.

03What works
Get your hours right everywhere first. It sounds small, but a shopper who drives over and finds the door locked rarely gives you a second chance. Set special hours for holidays, add parking and accessibility details, and post a photo of the storefront so people recognize it from the street.
Next, treat your inventory as content. Most stores have something new every week, and each new arrival is a post, a story or a line in an email. A common mistake is posting only sale graphics. People follow boutiques for taste and personality, not for discount banners, and a sale lands better when they already like you.
Measure what connects online activity to the register. Track direction requests and calls from your profile, email sign-ups, and how often shoppers use an offer that only appeared in email or on social. Ask at checkout how people heard about you. Over a few months, that tells you which channel deserves more of your time.
