Local SEO for Each Location and Provider
Accurate Google Business Profiles for each office, and for individual providers where it makes sense, with correct hours, services, insurance notes and photos of the actual office. See SEO services.
Dentists and Medical Practices
Patients pick a dentist or doctor based on trust, location, insurance and a few reviews. We help your practice answer those questions clearly, wherever patients look first.
01Dental and Medical
Most practices do not have a visibility problem so much as a clarity problem. The website lists every procedure in one long paragraph, the insurance question is buried, the provider bios are two lines long, and the booking button leads to a phone line that goes to voicemail at lunch. A nervous patient with a toothache or a new diagnosis does not keep digging. They go back to the search results.
Patients search in two ways. Some are urgent: “emergency dentist near me” or “urgent care open now”. They choose quickly, mostly from the map, the hours and the distance. Others are planning: clear aligners, implants, a new primary care doctor, a dermatologist. They compare several practices over days, read reviews closely, look at the people who will treat them and check whether their plan is accepted.
P.A.S. Inc helps dental offices, specialists and medical clinics serve both kinds of patient. We tidy your profiles and listings, write clear treatment pages, make booking simple and set up recall and reminder emails. Peter Aghyarian leads every account with 25+ years of marketing experience behind him. We keep patient information out of marketing, and we meet by appointment, in person in Los Angeles or on a video call.

One clear page per key treatment, written in plain words: who it is for, what happens at the visit, what recovery looks like, and the questions patients usually ask. See content creation.
03
Online booking or a short request form, insurance information that is easy to find, real provider bios and photos, and a layout that works on a phone. See website design.
04
A steady, polite way to ask for reviews, and replies that thank people without ever confirming who is a patient or discussing care in public. More on local search in Los Angeles.
05
Cleaning reminders, annual checkup notes, seasonal tips and news about new services or providers. Patients appreciate a practice that remembers them. See email marketing.
06
Team introductions, office tours and simple care tips. No patient faces without written permission, and no dramatic claims. See social media.
03What works
Prioritize the treatments that matter most to your practice. If implants, aligners, cosmetic work or a particular specialty are what you want more of, those pages and profile sections come first. A general practice that tries to rank for everything at once usually ranks for very little.
The common mistakes are easy to spot. Stock photos of smiling models instead of your real team and rooms. Insurance details missing or out of date. Several offices sharing one profile. Review replies that mention a patient's treatment. A contact form nobody checks until Monday. Each one quietly sends patients elsewhere, and each one can be fixed.
Measure new patient calls and booking requests, and track them by source and by treatment where you can. Watch how many calls go unanswered, because a missed call from a new patient is often lost for good. What counts in the end is new patients in the chair or the exam room.
